We believe that occupational health and safety is vital for the overall efficiency and success of our business. We conduct our business in a way that protects the safety of employees, contractors, customers and visitors. Norville Quarries recognize that active participation of every employee is vital to achieving a work place free of accidents, injuries and illness and with the assistance of all members of our work force strive to continually identify, eliminate and manage workplace hazards and risks associated with our activities. We recognize that rectifying unsafe working conditions is management’s responsibility and any situation considered unsafe shall not proceed until the risk has been assessed and appropriate measures have been taken.
Environmental
Our dedicated team are committed to preservation and regeneration of flora and fauna and water quality rehabilitation. We also involve our team with community engagement programmes with a typical project being the planting of native vegetation at the quarries utilising local scouts.
Quality
Our quarries, namely Redstone Crushing, Euroa Quarries, and Gravel Hill regard product quality as a prime company objective. We are accredited with the Australian Rail and Track Corporation and Vicroads. Records of independent testing are available on request.
